The Acquisition Process

Acquiring a premium domain is a significant corporate transaction. We facilitate secure, confidential transfers using industry-standard legal and financial frameworks.

Confidentiality First

We understand that revealing your corporate identity during a domain negotiation can artificially inflate the price (the "Apple Tax"). We welcome inquiries through stealth brokers, law firms, or generic corporate emails under strict NDAs.

Step-by-Step Mechanics

  1. Offer Submission: Submit a formal offer via our inquiry form. We typically respond within 24 hours.
  2. Negotiation & Agreement: Upon reaching a verbal agreement on price, we draft a simple, standard Domain Purchase Agreement (DPA).
  3. Escrow Initiation: We utilize Escrow.com (the premier domain escrow service). The buyer submits funds to Escrow.com.
  4. Asset Transfer: Once Escrow.com verifies the funds are secured, we provide the Auth Code and unlock the domain for transfer to your chosen registrar (e.g., MarkMonitor, GoDaddy, Cloudflare).
  5. Confirmation & Release: You confirm receipt and control of the domain. Escrow.com then releases the funds to us.

Supported Payment Methods

  • Wire Transfer (Domestic/International via Escrow.com)
  • Major Credit Cards (For transactions under $5,000)
  • Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC via Escrow.com partners)
